MotionSort Low Cost Tray Sorters - LCTS

Tray Sorter that provides high speed throughput sorting of trays and totes with automatic inductions utilizing barcode scanners, or cameras and routing these products to predefined runouts or discharges utilizing MotionTrac for configuration and tracking. This sorter can be configured in numerous ways depending on volume, operational requirements and floor restrictions. This sorter can be configured with Pusher style diverters or pop-up cross transfer style diverters (diverts both left and right) depending on the packages being diverted and the system throughput requirements. This Sorter conveys all types of USPS Tray and Tubs at a rate of 30 to 40 per minute. 
 

MotionSort Low Cost Universal Sorters – LCUS

Package Sorter that provides high speed throughput sorting of various package sizes configured with automatic inductions utilizing barcode scanners or cameras and routing these products to predefined runouts or discharges utilizing MotionTrac for configuration and tracking. This sorter can be configured in numerous ways depending on volume, operational requirements and floor restrictions. Because of the wide range of package sizes and weights this sorter utilizes a pusher style diverter. This sorter can be loaded manually or via a package singulator such as MotionPAS, Unloaders or other conveyor handling equipment. The throughput rate is 22-30 packages per minute, depending on size. This sorter handles parcels that range in size from 6”W x 6”L to 36”W x 42”L with a weight range from 1 to 70LBS.

MotionSort Universal Sorters - USS

Universal Sorter that provides high speed throughput sorting of various package sizes and is similar to the LCUS sorter above but is typically configured in a loop with more discharges off of both legs and allows for packages not discharged to recirculate. The USS is typically fed from a singulator such as MotionPAS which presents packages to a scan tunnel and then is automatically inducted onto the sorter and tracked to its discharge utilizing MotionTrac. Because of the wide range of package sizes and weights this sorter utilizes a pusher style diverter. This sorter can be configured in numerous ways depending on volume, operational requirements and floor requirements. The throughput rate is 22-30 packages per minute, depending on size. This sorter handles parcels that range in size from 6”W x 6”L to 36”W x 42”L with a weight range from 1 to 70LBS.  

MotionSort High Speed Strip Belt Sorter

Package Sorter that provides a higher speed throughput sorting of trays, totes and packages than the LCTS above with automatic inductions utilizing barcode scanners or cameras and routing these products to predefined runouts or discharges utilizing MotionTrac for configuration and tracking. This sorter typically has more discharges or higher density of discharges which divert on both sides of the sorter spine and can be configured in numerous ways depending on volume, operational requirements and floor restrictions. This sorter is configured with pop-up roller diverts. The throughput rate is typically 50 packages per minute with a package size that range from 6”W x 6”L  to  15”W x 24”L  with a  weight range from 1 to 70LBS.
