The MotionTrac™ Automated Material Handling Management software suite of products consists of several software packages designed to provide a complete plant floor solution integrating conveyor and equipment that control the sortation, routing, conveyor management, alarming, logging, and operator dashboards for any material handling system.
MotionTrac Sort – Sortation Software
MotionTrac - Sort Software package can manage high speed tracking, routing, and real-time product flow of product on any sorter. This fully scalable software package can control one or more sorters and virtually can control any brand sorter provided by ACT or other suppliers. The software interfaces with vision cameras, laser scanners, RFID and PLC’s. This windows-based software allows for high speed decisions to be made in real-time. The built-in reporting tool is extremely powerful allowing the operator to control the format and search parameters of the configurable reporting options. Common applications for this software have been Low Cost Tray Sorters (LCTS), Low Cost Universal Sorters (LCUS), Universal Sorters (USS), Tilt-Tray Sorters, Newspaper Bundle Distribution sorters, etc. This software package is proven in well over 300 installation applications to date. The software can reside on a single server system, multiple server system(s) or even a distributed server/client system spread throughout an entire building.
MotionTrac TMS - Tray Management Software
MotionTrac - TMS Tray Management Software package provides the upper management control for tray, tote, container and package conveyor systems such as MotionRoll. This software is scalable from small systems with a few conveyors to a very large system with hundreds of conveyors. The software interfaces with vision cameras, laser scanners, RFID, and PLC’s. This windows-based software allows for high speed decisions to be made in real-time at each location within an overall conveyor system. The built-in reporting tool is extremely powerful allowing the operator to control the format and search parameters of the configurable reporting options. The software can reside on a single server system, multiple server system(s) or even a distributed server/client system spread throughout an entire building.
MotionTrac WMS - Warehouse Management Software
MotionTrac – WMS Warehouse Management Software package provides the upper management control for warehouse conveyor systems (such as Motion Parcel and Small Package Conveyor) for the handling of incoming products, the storage and retrieval of these products and ultimately the shipping and distribution of these products. This software is scalable from small systems with few conveyor to very large systems with hundreds of conveyors. The software interfaces with vision cameras, laser scanners, RFID, and PLC’s.
